The legal capacity of the hall is 120. If you require a dance floor you can seat 100 comfortably.
You can hire your own caterer or event planner and they will have full access to the professionally equipped kitchen.
A security deposit of $250.00 is required when the contract is signed and is returned once we verify the hall and grounds are clean.
You will forfeit your security deposit.
You don't have to rent both but keep in mind if you rent the hall only someone else could rent the outside, especially during the summer and fall.
You can supply your own liquor or you can use our bar service but you can't do both.
